How to get rid of cellulite and stretch marks?
How to get rid of cellulite and stretch marks?
i am young and have always been naturally thin, but have stretch marks and cellulite on my buttocks and a bit of cellulite extended from that. i understand how it formed but i am looking for a very effective method to get rid of any of them (apart from lipo!) i’m particularly looking for a strict diet regime and/or excercises – i have great will power so will stick to them! any help appreciated, thanks.
Getting rid of celluite is definitely difficult, but possible, i know first-hand!…It’s basically bad toxins that’s stored under your skin…so you have to drink tons of water and try and exfoliation brush that you can use to ’scrub’ your skin with.. but a soft haired brush that basically stimulates your skin and allows blood flow through those fatty areas…it gives a considerably smoother appearance to skin.
You have to hit the gym for those saddlebags tho….steps are good and squats.. to lift that are.
Also cut out the bad habits like crash diets, smoking, coffeine, processed, salty and trans-fatty foods, sweets, not drinking enough water, etc..
I can’t stress enough the importance of excercise though, and I’ve also had some success with cellulite creams and resveratrol.
Good luck..those are tough areas to get rid of.. but once you’ve lost them you wont ever wanna go back!

exercise used to be considered the best way to shift celluite. Doing exercise and combining it with a good diet will normally help to shift it. especially if you use a good cream.
Some creams do help as well. New ones that are coming out now do actually work in a similar way that rubbing coffee works if you have heard of
Exercises like cycling or swimming are great for this as are general workouts in the gym. Exercise by itself will not help you shift the cellulite and you need to watch your diet too. Eating junk food, high fat foods, or prepacked foods all dump more fat in your body and add to the junk that builds up under your skin. Eating a healthy diet certainly helps as well as drinking water.
Ive attached an article with some good work outs in it that I used to get rid of cellulite.
I used a cream as well that was recommended to me but I guess it was a combiation of exercising and dieting that worked.

There are foods that are considered useful in eliminating or reducing the cellulite problem and its appearance. Fruits are not only water-rich but it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals important to the function of your digestive organ and is believed to be a great help in detoxification process. As cellulite is considered toxic waste in the body, having more fresh fruits in your diet will help. Raw and cooked vegetables are also recommended in your daily diet. Vegetables and fruits that are made into juices are useful not only to the cellulite problem, but also to the detoxification and cleansing process.
