How do you get rid of cellulite and stretch marks?
I know that exercise and a diet is one way. I work at FedEx so I’ve got the exercise down but battling the diet. I’m just in need of another way to help get rid of the cellulite and stretch marks.
Hi, Melissa
Vitamin E certainly can help to get rid of the cellulite and stretch marks.
Vitamin E is a powerhouse vitamin when it comes to beauty. Pure Vitamin E used directly on the skin has a number of benefits for the skin. It softens skin without leaving a greasy residue. It is often used to treat itchy skin rashes and conditions like Eczema. Doctors often recommend using pure Vitamin E to help reduce the appearance of scars and other blemishes on the skin. Vitamin E has also been used successfully to treat stretch marks. If you have some stretch marks from weight loss or pregnancy that you really want to get rid of skip the cocoa butter and go straight for the Vitamin E. Lotions and creams containing Vitamin E can cost $75 or more, so get some pure Vitamin E capsules from the drugstore or health food store, open a capsule and apply that directly to your skin.

Depends on your skin. I disagree on Cocoa Butter – It has never helped my stretch marks. Use Mederma on your stretch marks. However, I have not found a great cure for cellulite except for exercise.

I don’t think there’s anything you can do to get rid of stretch marks. Cocoa butter may help fade them. Cellulite can be reduced with regular exercise.

Hey If that lady says Vitamin E is good that you can get some Natural vitamin E in sitting in the sun 15 minutes daily gives your skin good Vitamin E witch is great for the skin just dont over do it otherwise it becomes bad… When it comes to stretch marks they wont actualy go away but they will fade and become less noticeable witch takes time….I would say using RoseHip Oil you can find it at the health food stores and you rub a little every day, my mother used this when she was pregnant it can help prevent them too…and its been said to fade scars to the point where you cant even see them…. You can buy stretch mark creams and all kinds of stuff…. and cellulite would be lots of toning do lots of toning workouts on your legs and when you do them squeeze your legs and hold it like as if your squeezing it like a towell to soak all the water out of it that is good for cellulite.
