I also have another easy exercise to get rid of that cellulite in your inner thighs so you can achieve strong firm slim beautiful legs. You can do these exercises at home or in the gym; they’re easy. Hi, I definitely commend leg exercises to tone and shape your butt and thighs. I have other leg workouts posted, so please take a look. You also need to do cardio exercise like jogging, walking, aerobics classes, cycling, etc. to help burn calories and reduce excess fat. That’s how you’ll slim down those areas. That coupled with the toning will give you a nice firm butt and thighs.

Hi, I always like to do my cardio first then follow it up with my toning exercises. It’s a great way to kind of cool down from the cardio and I feel like I get the most intense part of my workout out of the way first, then I can concentrate on the areas I want to tone and strengthen.

This will tone you up. You won’t lose weight doing exercise, unless you cut your calories. If you keep the same diet and exercise, you will get fitter and healthier and more toned without losing weight.

what about that part at my hips thats dented inwards.. it’s the the front of my pelvis right under my hip bones all the way round to the side of my butt cheeks.. it wont gain muscle or fat and it looks really weird.. what exercises will help me with this area?

Hi, what you are describing is excess fat. You can be thin and not toned. If you would like to reduce this area, yes this video definitely helps, but you also need cardio exercise. When you do aerobic exercise, you burn excess fat. I do have an upcoming video on saddlebag exercises that I think you will find helpful

hey i have a problem.. see in your video your hip has a perfect big curve all the way from your waist to your thighs.. i have annoying saddlebags above my butt cheeks .. theyre kind of on the sides of my back and they go up to the middle of my back.. ive also got this big dent in the middle at the front of my pelvis (i think its from the underwear) and i cant get any fat or muscle there.. im pretty skinny so i dont wanna lose weight but i want that curve.. will this help? any suggestion?
