A beer belly is something that usually happens to men as they grow older. The reason for this is that their hormones start working slower, meaning, the body finds it harder to lose accumulated fat. However, with this article you’ll learn how to lose your beer belly.

I’m sure you realize it’s though to lose a beer belly and it is something that will take hard work.By staying on this program you’ll see amazing results.

Stick to a workout routine. Make working out a part of your daily life. Make sure that it is ingrained in your psyche. Working out is essential for your overall well being. At the bare minimum, you should dedicate 30 minutes of your day to working out. Who doesn’t have 30 minutes? Add that up and you get a whopping 16 hours of workout time for the month. This would ultimately help you lose your beer belly while not having to kill yourself in the gym for hours on end everyday.

Watch your diet!

In my opinion, most people are taking the wrong approach when it comes to their diet. Most of them concentrate on the foods to remove from their diet.

We know you probably want to eliminate or significantly reduce beer, fattening foods, late night eating, desserts and the list goes on right? Subtraction by addition, that’s the trick I believe most people could use to change their diet. Using this approach, avoiding the wrong types of food will be so much easier than is has before.

The trick here is to choose foods that are healthy. Let’s use as an example fresh fruit or vegetable juice. If you prefer a fresh salad, then that’s okay too. And then you get home from work and start craving your cold beer. You just want to enjoy the day’s end by giving your tired body a rest, right? However, talk yourself out of drinking the beer and opt for a juice and if you still want the beer, then you can have it as a reward for drinking the juice first. Believe me, if you do this often enough, you’ll start to noticing quite a few changes in your life. Keep adding good foods into your diet and it’ll crowd out the bad foods.

This idea is called subtraction by addition. You’ll start to realize over time that even your cravings will change. If you want a doughnut or a hamburger, go ahead and have it, but just make sure you first eat whatever health food you chose for that day. You’ll notice your appetite will diminish greatly. You’ll start feeling the damaging effects of your current diet.
