    Cut back on smoking and caffeine for starters. Also cut back on starches like white potatoes and rice.

    Lunges, squats and core work. Change it up often. Cellulite is usually there for everyone. Don’t worry about it.

    ik one exercise that gets rid of cellulite around ur thighs and makes them firm and muscular. Just lay on the ground with ur legs up and out in the air for about 3 minutes a day. it’ll hurt at first but after a couple days it wont hurt anymore. after it doesn’t hurt anymore, push down you legs.
