I’m am fairly thin already i would just like a nice smooth look instead of the belly pouch and i would really liked toned legs, arms and perhaps my bottom to even have a little lift, i’ve also noticed small dimples on the back of my legs.. well i’ve had them for years and i’d like them to go away. i’m starting at a gym here soon and i’d really love to get some ideas on what to do when i get in there besides just running… any ideas… thanks!

(Well, give it at least a month to start seeing results..) But you say you are thin so you shouldn’t have to wait long at all for results.
Try some of the classes they offer as well…I like Pilates. Some people like step classes, I hate them! (No coordination here! lol) Add some hand weight training to build some arm strength.
